So there's just over a fortnight until the elections, and the first people to come round the doors were the Conservatives and Unionists. Can Trevor Ringland unseat a certain Mr Robinson? Here in Dundonald we have a bonus by-election to fill the seat on Castlereagh Borough Council vacated by a Mrs Robinson. I wonder just how much paper is used in the election campaign and ballot papers?

ReplyDeleteI was going to start a run of billboards next week once all the candidates had declared, but now, in our constituency, one of the candidates has stepped down.
That's a good idea - would be interesting to see so I hope you still do it. If I was doing it in ours, I would have to go right down to Short Strand to get a pic of the SF candidate - for some reason I haven't seen any of his posters round Dundonald/Ballyhackamore/Tullycarnet!
